Vickie, I need to hear from you at Katie@Cards-by-Katie.com within 24 hours to claim your prize!!!
Annie was one of my favorite movies growing up. I wanted to BE Annie! I didn't necessarily want to be an orphan, but I did want to be a spunky kid who sang my way through life saying things like "Leapin' Lizards!". I jumped at the chance to help promote this show, because I know that there are lots of Annie fans out there who'd love to take their own families to see Annie at the Taft Theater. The show will be in town October 18-26 and I cannot wait to take the family! I need to make sure I get my hair colored in the next week or so too...I feel it's only right to show up as a red-head ;)
Just in case there's some chance you are unfamiliar with Annie, here's a very brief description:
The popular comic strip heroine takes center stage in one of the world's best-loved musicals. With equal measures of pluck and positivity, little orphan Annie charms everyone's hearts, despite a next-to-nothing start in 1930s New York City. She is determined to find her parents, who abandoned her years ago on the doorstep of a New York City Orphanage run by the cruel, embittered Miss Hannigan.
