note card giveaway ~ winner's choice!

I took a poll this week on the Cards by Katie facebook page to see what cards my customers thought I should give away on the blog.  Two choices seemed to be the most popular:  Personalized cards or Miscellaneous notes were what many of you were asking for.  So instead of picking just one or the other I have decided to spice things up and let the winners choose.  That's right, I said "winnerS", plural!

On Monday I will pick two lucky readers & they will get to choose a FREE pack of Cards by Katie Notes!  They can either choose the lovely new Personalized Gingham Notes (set of 5) or a Miscellaneous Pack of Christmas Notes (set of 5 - designs chosen by Moi).

Entering is quite easy, and you can enter twice!  Double the fun all around during this giveaway!
Entry #1 - Leave a comment below telling me your favorite way to use snail mail (I know it isn't paying bills!), and while you are at it, I would love for you to "follow" my blog there on the right-hand side of the page, either via google or facebook!
Entry #2 - Leave a comment below telling me how you spread the word about this contest, whether it be facebook, twitter, email, or your own blog, just shout about it from some venue and let me know you did.  I appreciate you getting the word out about my cards!

On Monday October 11th at 2pm I will randomly choose 2 winners, and notify them on this blog (and through email if you leave contact info).  Winners can choose either personalized or misc. holiday notes.
Good Luck!

Hi Katie! I really love-love-love to send notes to my 94 year young aunt in Rapid City. She is still quite active and getting her on the phone is impossible! I send pics of the newest addition and all the latest news from Ohio.
I also love to send "gosh you are wonderful and I want to thank you for your good service" notes to my vets office or the place that changes my oil and remembers my name or just a friend to thank her/him for making my life richer!
#2...I put a note about your cards on my facebook page to let everyone know what a wonderful and talented girl you are and,,,,oh yeah...that you were giving something away! ;) Have a good weekend!

Hiya Katie!
I mostly use snail mail for birthdays, and holiday cards. I still get a thrill when I get a real, live letter - so I try to do that occasionally, too.
I'll post on FB, of course. (&I already follow you on my google reader)

My favorite way to use snail mail is to send random my kids artwork to people in the family. It's a great way to "not throw away" their stuff, but not clutter up my display area either. I'll post the contest on facebook to all my buddies.

Hi Katie! I love those Christmas cards!

I send letters and photos of the kids to my grandma, who lives out of town and does not use the internet. Little cards and notes appear in our mailbox from her throughout the year and while I find it difficult to slow down and take the ten minutes to reciprocate, it is just as fun anticipating her receiving our letters as it is when I pull a hand-addressed letter out of our mailbox.

I will link to your contest on my blog. :)
