friday...
the kids were off school today, so it was a day of fun. we made granola, hung out with our cousins, did some cool easter artwork, had a snack buffet for lunch, spent time gazing out windows, hit the fish fry, and read some books...this kind of day makes me eager for spring break to be here.

Love the Easter craft! Do you have the granola recipe on here somewhere? And, that lunch buffet looks great. I'm going to try that....
Michelle, I'll post the craft on the blog soon, it was fun AND easy! I made the lunch buffet with yummy things I bought at Whole Foods last night ;) And the granola recipe is linked above in the text!
