tomato + mozz + basil

This is truly one of the easiest appetizers I've ever made...take some fresh mozzarella cut into small pieces, fresh basil leaves & cherry or grape tomatoes and put the combo on a toothpick.  Then I put the toothpicked goodness on a plate and drizzle balsamic vinegar lightly over the appetizers just before serving.  Perfect.  And always a crowd pleaser!  Thanks to my cousin Star for this great appetizer idea!
