Strawberries & Cream Recipe

Summer = Strawberry Season!  And the best thing to have with strawberries is a sweet creamy dip!  This recipe is always a hit at the summertime parties...Enjoy! 

Strawberries & Cream 
8 oz. Cream Cheese
4 Tbs. Strawberry Preserves
2 tsp. Pineapple Juice
4 Tbs. Amaretto 
8 oz. Cool Whip 
Strawberries

Mix together: cream cheese, strawberry preserves, pineapple juice, and Amaretto.  Fold in Cool Whip.  Keep chilled, serve with strawberries for dipping.
