Last week Sam & I made pesto together.  Here's the recipe I came up with after looking through countless other recipes.

3 cups packed fresh Basil leaves
3 Tbs. minced Garlic
3/4 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup toasted Pine Nuts
1/4 tsp. Kosher Salt
1 squirt Lemon Juice

Blend until smooth in food processor.  Our favorite way to enjoy pesto is with chicken, stir-fried veggies & pasta.
