a yummy list

so i've been completely slacking on the menu planning lately.  i've been making excuses like crazy and we've been eating out way too much.  but i've promised myself that after this week the menu planning starts back up again!  i honestly feel a little lost when i don't have my weekly menu in place by sunday evening.  it's helped us in so many ways, we've had cheaper grocery bills, healthier meals, a less stressed out mama at dinner time, and we've tried so many great new recipes.  hopefully some of my readers have enjoyed the recipes i've shared as well.  i take the time each monday to share them in hopes that someone out there will be inspired.  and i've enjoyed reading other fellow-blogger's menu plans.  i've definately found inspiration through the menu-planning monday project on orgjunkie.com. 
so i'll be back soon with more menu planning, but for this week i give you a list of favorites.  these are some of the things i've been cooking in the past couple weeks.  not much new on this list, i think i've shared most of these links before, but they are all family favorites

slow cooker chicken burritos
skillet red beans and rice
make ahead muffin melts (i made a healthy version)
zucchini bread
chicken caesar pitas
ranch oyster crackers
bruschetta
spaghetti sauce
granola
pasta salad
basil pesto rounds
crunchy slaw
ultimate coffee cake
sundried tomato & basil hummus
banana chocolate chip muffins

You had me at hummus. Well, actually, a lot of these sound amazing right now, but hummus ALWAYS sounds delicious.
