Bruschetta

Aunt Kim's Bruschetta
(easy to make, delicious to eat -- and it has a bit of a kick!)

Slice one baguette
Top each slice with:
a bit of Pesto (for a homemade pesto recipe click here)
a small spoonful of Rotel tomatoes
a sprinkle of an Italian Mix shredded cheese

Bake for 10 minutes at 375.  Serve warm.  Make plenty of these, because they go fast!
